Good correnspondence to the nose, fresh mineral and well balanced, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and plum

Food Pairing
Good with "summer" but also "winter" pairing thanks to its persistent body and its alcool content. I suggest it paired with white legumes, with dried broad beans, with our typical beans of the Trasimeno Lake we get also a pleasant chromatic effect. First courses with white meat or vegetables, blue cheese, soft and cream cheese served with peach jam or pear compotes. Perfect with white meat like rabbit or chicken meat with green olives.
