Food Pairing
A "legend wine". Perfect with truffle, fowl, boiled and braised meat, also cooked in the same wine, served with soft fruits. Suggested pairing with calf fillet served with blacl truffle fondue. For winter dishes, when outside is snowing and we need an excellent wine to taste in a large stem glass. For real wine lovers!
