Full and elegant in the tones of red fruits, the finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, spice and blackcurrant
A "legend wine". Perfect with truffle, fowl, boiled and braised meat, also cooked in the same wine, served with soft fruits. Suggested pairing with calf fillet served with blacl truffle fondue.
