Extraction: cold, two-phase processing with decanter
Decanting: static, in order to clean the oil before bottling

Production: 5000 bottles

Organoleptic features
Colour: yellow with green reflections

Scent: fine, enriched with pleasant notes of artichoke and apple
Taste: sweet, spicy, harmonious and well balanced

Producer’s raccomandations
Pairing: best with all raw dressings including delicate fish starters and grilled vegetables. Keep in a dry place far from sources of heat and light.
