For this wine we chose the name of the hill that goes through our vineyards before the plain.
Grechetto, the ancient grape that belongs to the Umbrian tradition, meets the floreal and fruty flavours of Viognier and Chardonnay grape. A fresh and young wine chracterized by deep and lasting fruity flavours and mineral flavours. It’s the result of a scrupulous selection in the vineyard and the strong personality of our land.

Food Pairing: Good with “summer” but also “winter” pairing thanks to its persistent body and its alcool content. I suggest it paired with white legumes, with dried broad beans, with our typical beans of the Trasimeno Lake we get also a pleasant chromatic effect. First courses with white meat or vegetables, blue cheese, soft and cream cheese served with peach jam or pear compotes. Perfect with white meat like rabbit or chicken meat with green olives.
