It’s the proof our territory can give its interpretation to international grapes. It is silk-smooth, it has great richness and intensity and an enjoyable long progression and finish. For such an important wine we chose the name of the first official biography of Saint Francis, the Saint Bonaventura work, a testimony that has left its mark in our history and our territory.

Colour: Intense ruby-red
Nose: Tones of red fruits like black cherry, plum and blackcurrant followed by aromas of blueberry, blackberry, violet, vanilla and cocoa
Palate: Full and elegant in the tones of red fruits, the finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, spice and blackcurrant
Food Pairing: A “legend wine”. Perfect with truffle, fowl, boiled and braised meat, also cooked in the same wine, served with soft fruits. Suggested pairing with calf fillet served with blacl truffle fondue. For winter dishes, when outside is snowing and we need an excellent wine to taste in a large stem glass. For real wine lovers!
